It was a night of sparkles and Hollywood glam at the 2011 Golden Globe Awards. Some dazzled in pink and peach, some shined in green and some were glowing in sequins. Lea Michele looked b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l in pink confection by Oscar de la Renta. Marchesa does it again with Olivia Wilde (but her hair needed some help) and Mila Kunis looked flawless in one shouldered emerald by Vera Wang. Anne Hathaway glittered in "little CDs" gown by Armani Prive. Catherine Zeta Jones also in emerald green, looked stunning in Monique Lhuillier. Claire Danes and Emma Stone, both in Calvin Klein were simple perfection.
The others? Well, I wasn't a fan January Jones' barely there red Versace number (am I the only one here? I don't find that dress "hot"), and I'm guessing Michelle Williams tried to go hippie chic with her Valentino daisy gown but just didn't work, especially for the Golden Globes. Julianne Moore looked arm-less with her shapeless hot pink Lanvin, which did nothing for her figure either. Jennifer Love Hewitt's crumb catcher number was not my fave either. J.Lo must have thrown on her tablecloth over her dress. Halle must have been rushing to get to the red carpet because she looked like she was wearing lingerie and grabbed her sheer black curtain to cover up. And Helena Bonham Carter. I mean, she definitely kept it interesting - to say the least. Her bird nest hair with mismatched shoes. Need I say more?
